Space

Special Exhibition: Opens February 20, 2015

SpaceA ticket to the moon? What does the future hold for humans and space travel? Space, a special exhibition and Omnitheater film, is a one-of-a-kind exhibit that seeks to answer that question and more by exploring the challenges of living and working in space. Unlike traditional space exhibits that focus on the history of space travel, Space looks into current and future exploration and what is possible.

Students, get ready for the future. Students will experience interactive components like walking in a rotating space lab, operating a robotic arm and drop tower, and other interactives that examine propulsion, gravity, and weightlessness.

Space package includes:

  • Admission to Space exhibition
  • Journey to Space Omnitheater film
  • Admission to all exhibits and galleries
  • Educator Guides that include pre- and post-visit activities that connect your field trip with your class curriculum
