The Spring 2020 IDEAL Equity Workshop is now full. Contact the IDEAL Center to be notified about the next opportunity to join other professionals from across the country for a 3-day equity workshop at the Science Museum of Minnesota.
During this three-day experience, you'll gain new perspectives on seeing and disrupting disparities and inequities. You will examine your own biases; reflect on your interactions; and make connections between prejudices, practices, and policies — all within a supportive community of participants.
Through IDEAL Center facilitation and learning, participants will build trust, learn new ideas, and have deep conversations with each other. You will leave empowered to take local and interpersonal action to make equitable change.
