Youth Science Day, an annual event that showcases the inspiring work of the Science Museum’s Kitty Andersen Youth Science Center (KAYSC), is coming up! On Thursday, July 19, from 12 - 3 p.m., you’re invited to join us in celebrating science careers in the making! In addition, this year will also feature a job fair component we are calling Vocation Vibes, from 3 - 5 p.m. featuring a variety of careers in the science field, as well as workshops and special guests.
KAYSC youth are making a difference by using science to solve problems in their communities. Some have built apps to connect their neighbors to healthy, affordable food. Others are finding ways to get girls involved in technology. Come see all the ways the KAYSC youth are pursuing social justice with science!
