Water K-5

About this Experience

Whole School or Grade Level Specific (K-5)
The Water residency offers the opportunity for single or multiple grade level or whole school engagement.

Students explore the importance of water as a resource as they conduct water cycle experiments, pump groundwater from wells, attempt to make wastewater clean enough to drink, and observe pH changes in lakes affected by acid rain. Class sessions are designed for students in grades K-5.

ASSEMBLY MAX: 150 students (K-2) or 250 students (3-5)

CLASSROOM MAX: 30 students

DURATION: Opening Assembly - 40 minutes (K-2) or 50 minutes (3-5), Residency Class - 50 minutes
