Dolls for children are made all over the globe. Many times the detail in each doll is to help engage and teach the child about their culture. Other times they are used to teach children about the area that they live in. Some dolls are very detailed while others are basic in nature. Each doll tells a story and the museum has a number of these dolls in the collections.
