Stargazing
Our adventure through the sky begins with a storytelling that helps us identify constellations in the sky. We then settle into our favorite viewing location in our large meadow where we have a beautiful view of the clear dark skies. You won't believe all that you can see at night. Groups commonly see the Milky Way, planets, satellites, galaxies, and even meteors or the northern lights. Participants will get to use a pair of binoculars to help them find objects in the sky. On certain viewing nights participants even get to look though a large telescope for a chance to spot the moons of Jupiter or the rings of Saturn. Each season brings new constellations and stories in the skies. We book custom stargazing programs all year. The price is $90 per group. (Groups over 15 in number pay an additional $6 per person.) Contact our Outreach Coordinator Kirk Mona at or (651) 433-2427 ext. 13 to reserve your spot today. |
