Summer Camps - How to Register

You may register any of three ways:

NEW! Online: Complete a registration form 24 hours a day at our secure website. The online registration form will be submitted to registration staff for processing. Credit card registration only.

The submission of your registration online does not guarantee admittance into your requested class. All registrations are processed in the order they are received. We will notify you within 2-3 weeks to confirm all registrations. We will contact you as soon as possible if the class is full and you are on a waitlist.

By Fax: Fax registration form to (651) 433-2430. Include a credit card number for payment.

If registering your child via mail or fax, please register only one person per form. Registrations are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis and dated as they come in. Phone registrations are not accepted except for toddler camps.

How to Pay

By credit card: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. Please include expiration date.

By check: Payable to Warner Nature Center.

Alternate-Choice Classes

On the registration form, you will find space to designate an alternate-choice class. In the event that your class of first choice is already filled, we can then book you into your designated alternate class—as long as space is available! Early registration is encouraged. Class sizes are limited, and they fill quickly. A confirmation form will be mailed to you for week-long classes.

Medical Waiver Form

When registering for a class, you must also complete, sign and mail the medical waiver with the registration form or your registration will not be accepted. Students will not be allowed to attend class unless we have their medical waiver form.

Costs

Costs are listed with each class description. Discounts are given to Friends of Warner Nature Center, Science Museum of Minnesota members and employees and May Township residents. Please make out a separate check for each class requested and for Friends memberships in order to facilitate any changes in class selection that may need to be made. Credit card charges will show up as a charge from the Science Museum of Minnesota.

Transportation

Warner can provide transportation to and from the Science Museum of Minnesota in St. Paul for all-day (9:15 a.m. - 3:15 p.m.) classes. Transportation costs $12 daily per child. The van leaves the Science Museum at 8:30 a.m. and returns at 4 p.m. Van space is limited and spaces will be filled on a first-come, first-serve basis so register early. Transportation for off-site portions of WNC's summer classes will be provided by WNC, and those transportation costs are included in the class fees. Transportation costs for classes having an overnight will be reduced by $12 per day of the overnight.

Cancellations

No refunds will be made unless cancellation is received at least two weeks prior to the beginning of class. Warner Nature Center reserves the right to cancel any class not meeting minimum registration requirements. If this is necessary, you will be contacted at least two weeks prior to the beginning of that class, and your fees will be refunded in full. Credit card refunds will show up as a credit from the Science Museum of Minnesota. Cash or check refunds will come as a check from the Science Museum of Minnesota.
