Summer Camps - Preschool

FOR CHILDREN AGES 4-5*

These three-day programs are held Monday-Wednesday from 9:15-11:30 a.m.

* Children must be within this age range within three months of the first day of camp.

Nature Play for Beginners

Week 2: July 7-9, 2010 (Wednesday-Friday) (Class I)
Week 5: July 26-28, 2010 (Monday-Wednesday) (Class II)

Come to Your Senses

Week 3: July 14-16 (Wednesday-Friday)
Cost: $50 Friends of Warner / Science Museum members; $55 nonmembers

Put your five senses to the test and see how you compare to other animals in nature. Practice how to see like a falcon, feel like a snake, taste like a rabbit, smell like a mole, and hear like a bat. Participants will also make a variety of sensory art projects to take home. Register Online

Splish Splash: All About Water

Week 6: August 4-6, 2010 (Wednesday-Friday)
Cost: $50 Friends of Warner / Science Museum members; $55 nonmembers

Be prepared to get muddy as we go splishing and splashing to see what creatures we can find in our lakes and ponds. Campers will enjoy making crafts, reading stories and exploring the waters of Warner! Register Online

Incredible Insects

Week 7: August 11-13, 2010 (Wednesday-Friday)

Come explore the world through a bug's eyes. Discover wonders of insects through some buggy crafts, songs, and stories. Bring your magnifying glass as we go bug hunting in our forest and prairie. Register Online
