Great Tix for families and individuals
Prices are per person per visit and are only for members of your household.
To qualify: You must be at least 18 and enrolled in one or more of the following: TANF, MFIP, WIC, General Assistance, Medical Assistance, MinnesotaCare, Supplemental Security Income, Social Security Disability Benefits, Food Stamps, Section 8, or Free/Reduced Price School Meals. Please share with us proof of enrollment.
To apply: Present your Photo ID and one of the following documents at the museum box office:

Great Partnerships for community organizations
The Great Partners program is a barter program in which nonprofits or public agencies recruit clients to get the Great Tix discount; in return the agency receives free vouchers for its own use once a minimum number of client households attend the museum. Agency clients receive a Great Partner coupon which offers them not only the Great Tix discount but also a 10% discount on food and store purchases at the museum. Great Tix (reduced rates) for community organizations
Nonprofit 501(c)3 agencies primarily serving a limited-income audience may be eligible to bring groups for the identical rate as Great Tix for Families and Individuals except for special exhibitions. Call (651) 221-9444 for more information.
Limit 50 tickets per visit with Great Tix groups, beyond 50 tickets group rates apply.
To qualify: Organizations must provide a copy of their 501(c)3 eligibility for our files, as well as verification that more than 50% of clients served are enrolled in one or more of the following: TANF, MFIP, WIC, General Assistance, Medical Assistance, MinnesotaCare, Supplemental Security Income, Social Security Disability Benefits, Food Stamps, Free/Reduced Price School Meals, or Section 8, signed by the an officer of the organization.

Limited income discount programs are subject to availability and cannot be used with other discounts or special offers. Proof of enrollment in qualifying programs is required; burden of proof is upon the participant. Without verification the Science Museum of Minnesota reserves the right to decline limited income rates and benefits. Limited income discounts are valid only for qualified individual's immediate family attending the museum at the same time as the qualified participant. The Science Museum of Minnesota reserves the right to change, modify or decline limited income rates or programs at any time.
