The Performance: Who's Involved?

 

Libby Larsen composed the piece of music for orchestra, incorporating sounds collected by students. John Coy wrote the spoken parts of the piece after conducting listening exercises with students.
The Minnesota Orchestra Orchestra will perform the debut of the piece at Orchestra Hall in March of 1999.
