New Assignment
Sidetrip to Boston (pg2)
We also visited the Constitution (old Ironsides) and the North End of
Boston where we went to the Old North Church and Paul Revere's house. It was
sooo exciting! From there we drove through the financial district and I saw
the actual balcony where the Declaration of Independence was read! Next, we
drove past Boston Common and up to Beacon Hill where I had my picture taken
with the State House in the background. Next, we went to the Bull and Finch
(this is the place that the show "Cheers" was modeled after).

We ended the day with an elegant dinner at the Spinnaker. The Spinnaker is a
restaurant at the top of the Hyatt in Cambridge. The walls are all windows
and the restaurant revolves! Diners have spectacular views of the Boston
skyline and the Charles river.

I did so much yet I only saw a small piece of this historical area! I think I
will return for the rest!

Love Frankie
