The Design of cat world golf course: First there's a starter place. After the starter place you have to shoot past a cat. You won't have to hit that hard to get across the curved bridge. Before you get to the hole, you will have to get past a thing that turns when the marble hit's obstacles that are toothpicks which are hot glues laying down. When you come off the bridge, and you go the wrong way you will come to some other toothpicks that are standing up. |
After all that there's a cat with its mouth open. Before you get to the cat's mouth, you have to pass a moving part. The moving part is two big batteries and a motor. Here's how it works: the motor has a stick looking thing. On top of that is a piece of white cardboard. The motor is hooked up to the battery and a switch. When you flick the switch the motor turns, that makes the blue straw turn, and when the blue straw turns the cardboard turns. That makes it hard to get the marble by it. When you manage to get past the moving part then there's the cat with its mouth open. |

What Chaquita and Samnang tried to do was: We tried to make the golf course hard because if it was easy it would get boring, and people wouldn't be interested in the golf course. We also tried to make the golf course fun because when people are doing something they want to have fun. We also tried to make it interesting because interesting things are fun to look at. |
Problems we had We had problems painting because we got some on our shirts, and it was also a problem painting the golf course because we tried to paint the bridge and tried not to let the paint drip. We had a problem trying to figure out what to make the curvey bridge out of. We had a problem making the moving part, and deciding what it was going to be. We had a problem figuring out how to start the golf course. How we solved our poblems. We solved the painting by being more careful with painting. How we solved the bridge part was, Karen told us that it would be easier to curve it. How we solved the moving part thing was Karen let me and Samnang play with some motor and batteries until we decided what we wanted. How we solved the starting the golf course problem was we found our planning sheet. |
