ST. CROIX BASIN NUTRIENT & SEDIMENT CONFERENCE
February 12, 2004
Dresser, Wisconsin
CONFERENCE MESSAGE: To advise the public that, based on the projected population growth in the St. Croix River Basin, the water resources will continue to be degraded if we proceed on our current regulatory path. Accordingly, the St. Croix Basin Water Resources Planning Team recommends a strategy leading to a 20% reduction in nutrient inputs to the Basin.
