"Good Job" Student Award Nomination

The purpose of our Science Fusion series is to stimulate youth interest in Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM) careers. The Science Fusion events connect youth to real professionals with whom they can identify. The "Good Job" Student Award recognizes five (5) students whose achievement in a STEM discipline is exceptional. Nominators may be educators or STEM professionals who work with students.
Criteria for selection:
- Only one student per nominator will be eligible for selection as a finalist.
- Only middle-school and high-school students are eligible.
- Finalists will show exceptional dedication from start to finish.
- Achievement may be school-based or independent.
The Science Fusion events, event dates, and nomination deadlines are:

Nominators will be notified of the results one week after each deadline has passed, regardless of whether their nominees have been selected as finalists. The five (5) finalists must attend the Science Fusion event for which they were nominated, including the Presenters Brunch. Each event is on a Saturday afternoon from 1-4 p.m. with the Presenters Brunch at 11 a.m. Each finalist will also receive a free one-year household membership to the Science Museum of Minnesota and will be given an opportunity to present during the event. All nominees will be given the opportunity to attend the event for which they were nominated as a guest of the Science Museum of Minnesota.
