Field Trip Policies

Confirmation:
After reserving your field trip, you will receive a written confirmation invoice for your visit. Contact us immediately at (651) 221-9444 if anything is incorrect.

Final Count and Cancellations:
Cancellations and adjustments to final numbers must be made no later than 2 weeks in advance of your visit and prior to final payment, by calling the museum at (651) 221-9444. After that time, no adjustments will be made. Vouchers for future use will be issued for any absentees on the day of your visit.

Final Payment:
All reservations must be paid in full prior to museum entry. Final payment is due in the form of a single check or credit card prior to, or upon arrival at the school box office. No refunds will be issued after payment has been received. Any adjustments will be made in the form of vouchers for a future visit.
