I went to the Act/React exhibit of interactive art at the Milwaukee Art Museum this afternoon. There were a few interesting pieces, but my favorite by far was Daniel Rozen's Peg Mirror, which was made up of 650 individually rotating wooden dowels responding to information gathered by a video camera in the center. Asia and I have been experimenting with photograms using glow-in-the-dark paper. While looking for inspiration, I found this nice collection of photograms. The site also has a good history of the process.
I'd love to include some of this information in the Finances 101 workshop we do with youth.
Our emphasis thus far has been on financial information, which is important. But it seems the greater part of financial problems are caused by these fundamental biases in our judgment.

Project Draw looks really useful. I could see it as a fast way to sketch out and save ideas on the computer. it could also replace Inkscape for some vector-drawing purposes. The no-install-needed nature could come in handy (like at libraries.)
