Tonight we hosted our second Scratch Support evening at the Science House and it was "super fun" and a successs."The most people in the Science House" is a direct quote from a PD staffer! Keith led an explorative session on graphite, sponges, and Scratchboards upstairs, while I led an intro to Scratch session on the main floor. We had 11 public school educators that are, were, still are, excited about using Scratch with students. I hope that we can move on the momentum and start planning for some deeper collaborations with PD, along the lines of what we discussed at our meeting this past Sept. I also appreciate how organized the supplies and materials are in the LTC now! Yay Asia! I needed the LCD projector on short notice and was able to find the MacBook adaptor without any digging! That is an impressive feat.
