Flying and Driving with WeDo

We presented a mini workshop all about the work we've been doing with the Lego WeDo introductory robotics kit. In the 60 minute session we looked at the video below for inspiration, then got our hands on the WeDo by opening Spencers project and connecting the WeDo tilt and distance sensor. We got a chance to make our own controllers

This is an assembly of shorter video clips:

1. the first is of Spencer's original drivin game.
2. three clips remixes of the Drivin game that happened in our Teen Technology Meetup where teens and youth services librarians learned about the WeDo and built wonderful controllers.
3. Asia's first project with the WeDo the amazing flying delta headgear.
4. Then a string of terrific projectis by youth in our WeDo FlyingSchool, led by Will Schar.
