Many Learning Technologies classes use MicroWorlds , a software program from LCSI that incorporates Logo programming, graphics and animation. This program is an excellent tool for students to create a variety of art and design projects, including computer games and animated stories. It also helps to strengthen logic, creativity and problem solving skills.

Science Museum of Minnesota program participants and staff can purchase MicroWorlds 2.05 and Pro (for both Mac and Windows) from the Learning Technologies department. Our prices are significantly less than the retail prices, and the proceeds are used to support Learning Technologies classes and workshops.
