When I was eight years old I went to Antarctica. The way that we got there is we took a airplane to a small country and then got a a cruise ship. Once on the ship we left. The first dinner I was not used to all of the waves and I got sick all over the dinning room floor. So because of me they put bags all along the hand rails.
On the ship we had very few kids because it was a small ship so you knew everybody on the ship. I was the second youngest person on the ship.
We had to wear a lot of clothing to keep us from getting frost bite when we stepped in the water. We had to wear-
1-A jacket
2-A shirt
3-Long underwear
4-Pants
5-Snow pants
6-Thin socks
7-Thick socks
and
8-Boots
On Christmas everyone of the children got some toys, like water guns which was a very bad idea, because we would chase all of the workers all over the ship and soak them our only rule was to not get any of the passengers wet.
My most memorable memory is going over the most wavy area in Antarctica. Everybody was getting sick. My friend and I hung out at the bar for most of that time eating chips and drinking Shirley Temples.
I hope you enjoyed the true story of my adventure in Antartica
