The Science Museum's parking ramp accepts all major credit cards. Rates subject to change.
Access the Science Museum's parking ramp from Chestnut Street. Enter the museum by taking the parking ramp elevators to the Lobby level, where the Box Office is located. Visit our accessibility page for information on wheel chair access and other special services.
Coat lockers are available for rental, but on busy days they fill up quickly! Please consider leaving your coats in the car if you park in our ramp.

Event Parking Rates
Our event parking schedule helps keep spaces available for Science Museum visitors when there are large events and heavy traffic in downtown St. Paul.
Major events:
For major events in downtown St. Paul, including Minnesota Wild hockey games, visitors pre-pay an increased event parking rate as they enter the ramp. Those visiting the museum will receive a partial rebate at the box office.

Alternative Parking
The Science Museum parking ramp does sometimes reach capacity, especially during holidays and weekends. Please allow extra time to park during these times.
Several other parking facilities are also located within easy walking distance of the museum. Check for alternatives at the St. Paul Smart Trips website.

Exit the parking ramp via Discovery Lane and Chestnut at the bottom of the ramp.
The Science Museum's parking ramp is owned and operated by the Science Museum of Minnesota. Parking fees support our educational programs.
There are 18 designated accessible parking spaces located in the museum's parking ramp. Vehicles up to 8' tall can park in this ramp. Nearby ramps also have accessible parking.
Ramp height is 8 feet 2 inches.
