Loan Request Information

The initial request for all loans should be addressed by a formal request to the Registrar at or by mail:

Please note that processing loans takes time and at least a 6 month lag time is needed in most cases to process a loan. After the initial request is provided, consultation with the appropriate curators and conservation staff will the need to occur.

Any and all expenses related to the loan will be covered by the lender.
