How to Register

You may register any of four ways:

Online: Complete a registration form 24 hours a day at our secure website. The online registration form will be submitted to registration staff for processing. Credit card registration only.

To be considered, you must register by noon on Friday for classes that start the same weekend and for camps that start the following Monday.

By Mail: Mail registration form and payment to:

By Fax: Fax the registration form to (651) 221-4528. Include a credit card number for payment.

By Drop-box: You may bring your completed registration and payment in a sealed envelope and leave it in our Secure Drop Box which is located in the main lobby on Kellogg Boulevard level by the information desk. The Secure Drop Box will be checked daily for new registrations. Please, do NOT leave registrations at the Box Office.

Registrations that are not accompanied by payment will not be processed.

How to Pay

By credit card: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. Please include expiration date.

By check: Payable to the Science Museum of Minnesota.

By voucher or gift card: Enclose the voucher or card number with the registration along with any additional payment needed. We are unable to accept cash payments.

Confirmations

If we have any questions about your registration, or a class you registered for was already full we will contact you by phone immediately.

We will mail you a confirmation letter that includes the start date and time of your course. For Youth and Family classes, a policy sheet will be enclosed with your confirmation letter.

If you do not receive a confirmation letter within two weeks or note any discrepancies, call (651) 221-4511 to confirm your registration. Please allow up to four weeks to receive confirmation letters for summer camps.

Exchange Policy

No cash or credit refunds are issued for program fees. If you need to cancel a registration, you must call two weeks prior to the start of the program. You may choose a full-value voucher good for any of our programs or a transfer to a future program.

Your registration implies permission to use photographs of students for Science Museum of Minnesota promotional purposes (like the class catalogs). If you do not want to be photographed, call (651) 221-4511.
