The Toltecs and Aztecs appear to have sacrificed children to him in hopes he would send them rain.

Not much has changed, we just do it for oil rather than rain.

A quick Google search brought up these three:

The National Museum of Anthropology in Mexico City would be a good place to start.
A huge statue of Tlaloc "guards" the entrance to the Hall of Archaeology there. Legend has it that ever since the statue was put in place, rain levels in the area have been above normal.

The British Museum in London.

The Metropolitan Museum of Art in New York.

Since you seem to have been named after the Water Deity, I can understand your interest.
