Brother Guy Consolmagno, is strongly criticizing the idea that creationism should be taught in schools alongside the scientific evolutionary theory. He dismissed the ideas of creationism saying,
"Religion needs science to keep it away from superstition and keep it close to reality, to protect it from creationism, which at the end of the day is a kind of paganism - it's turning God into a nature god."

I would have to say that, being a christian, that evolution is true considering that "chance" happened to make us who we are. And that is that.
I belive that both evolution and creation are real. What is faith if you need to prove such a thing when evolution was been proven.
God didnt make the whole world for people, He made it for all sorts of living things.
God isnt made outta logical or science, it is faith.
Sowhat I am not hurting my spirit because the new testament cannot be proven.
Deny anothers practical reason if you want, I do all the time because it is fun.
