Are you in the market for a new car? A Swiss company this week announced that it has a $1.5 million concept car -- sQuba -- that can drive on road and under water, just like James Bond's slick ride from "The Spy Who Loved Me." Life preservers are not included.

Now the car looks really cool and it's invention is incredible but let's be real cars break down all the time. What happens if your car breaks down underwater??? Then you just lost 1.5 million dollars in a car that is under the river because it broke down on you.......

What type of mechanic would be able to fix such a car? You would have to take it to the maker of the car if somethin happened.
