It's true: It's 2:30pm on Wednesday, July 30, and CNN is reporting that the U.S. salmonella outbreak originally linked to tomatoes has been traced to irrigation water and serrano peppers from a farm in Mexico. Of course, tomatoes have always been "off the hook."

Its funny to see all the immature ccomments posted on here when the real point of this board is to see your views on why tomatoes are infecting ur swith certain deseases. who cares if they are gross or good or what ever...the fact is that the salmonella desease and other deseases are harmin gus from eating them. but its not all the tomatoes fault...it depends on where they are grown and how sterile and safe the environment is there.
