I dont think that is fair of them to turn it down because it has to be the worlds smalllest flags if you cant see it. The flag has to be there because I dont think anyone would lie about it especially when they know they would get in major trouble for doing so.
I think it's fair!! How would we see it in a book if we can't see it in real life. Plus, if we can't see it,there are no measurments and it would be pointless to write a description about it. It would't work.
I think its perfectly legitimate to turn down the worlds smallest flag because it was too small... that leads to way more worlds smallest things that the guinness book would have to include, already they are adding way more categories than were in the original edition. soon the book will be most original records, not world records that people care about
I feel that however unfair it is for the person who made it it was a good idea for them to keep it out of the book. If they let something that can't be proven into the book it would ruin the reputation of records and make it possible for fake records to find a way in.
Personally I think is fair but unfair at the same time. If you claim to have the the smallest flag in the world you need some way to prove that it is the smallest flag... like being able to see it... But we should also give him some credit. It is not every day that somebody claims they have the worlds smallest flag. If he can find a way to show that it is the smallest flag, then we should give it to him. But until then, no.
