Mayonnaise: the healthy summer snack

Studies have shown that, contrary to popular belief, mayonnaise actually inhibits the growth of bacteria and thus reduces the risk of food poisoning.

I can't tell you how much time I've spent imagining a world without mayo. And I can't even calculate the number of meals I've had to skip due to everything being contaminated with the stuff.
